*Grand-Theft successfully terminated...moving on*
*NEWS*NEWS*NEWS*
Well, after almost one year and a half there truly is reason to fill this site with interesting news: a new project is born, which three members of the former team of Grand-Theft (it never was meant to be, *sigh*) are participating in.(info will be revealed in some time, promised). It's about hosting all of our artwork (which mostly has nothing to do with Grand-Theft) on a new designed internet page. There is also stuff of new artists who weren't working on "Grand-Theft". Be sure to check out some amazing artwork!

Update
By now it should be abundantly clear that the Grand-Theft team is no longer working on the product.
Well, the mod is dead, but the team is far away from being so. Stay tuned for our upcoming announcements about our future projects.
We'd like to say thank you for your interest in our work and hope to have you back when the new projects go online.

What are you freaks doing at the moment?
Devcon [Theta] is over.
We didn't do much for GT as Ismael already stated. Instead we started a new project. A classical Jump&Run. It's working title is j0mp for the moment and it's a kind of mixture of j&r elements: We got fancy music, cute 320x200 GFX (though in 32 bit ;)). The release should be within the next month. And: making wonderfull looking levels will be easy, at least for the ones skilled with an art programm. So stay tuned and wit for updates.

exclusive newz from Devcon [Theta]
Finally we got an exclusive look behind the scenes of the development of the new good-looking and long awaited mod "Grand-Theft"! The developers' brains are running hot, as they are always on to fix some bugs or help themselves with new upcoming problems to guarantee a very high standard of game-play. The IRC's Channel is, as always, full of highly interesting people who are always worth a discussion. As right now GT is pausing for a while (yeah, sorry folks) and the GT-team has turned to another much promising project, which will rather have the style of a jumpn'run as you know it from the SNES or C64 though little is known about their newest coup, but we will see...

so much for now, i'm running out of stupid things to write and it's lunch time again

Screen section is working again
After some problems with the screen section, everything is working again.

Devcon Eta over
I have to announce that we resently passed devcon eta !
Ismael continued his deagle, Rascal went on with his weapon models and started the hacker tool, tliff took another step on the code to put all the peaces together and me, i tragically had to restart gt_art :P ( The former version rested on the HD while I formated it... ).
I hope we can present you new shots in the next days.

devcon ]Zeta[ report
So, devcon ]Zeta[ is over and we made some progress
Ismael started a model for our torcher. Rascal finished modelling his beretta and Neo went on mapping gt_art.I fixed some bugs and created manymany new.
We also played a bit and we have to say, that there are two really cool games out there: Sven-Coop and GTA 2.

Unfortunately it will still take some time to have a playable release of our mod, but stay tuned.

devcon ]Zeta[

The next days, i am going to host devcon (developpers-convention) Zeta. It's a little LAN meeting with the whole gt-team and we will just work for the modification...
As you can see, we use the greek alphabet for counting, Zeta is the 6th letter i.e. devcon zeta is our 6th LAN meeting.
